Welcome to Zenufashion. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our website, creating an account, placing an order, and enjoying our services. Please read them carefully. When we say “Zenufashion,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean Zenufashion. When we say “you” or “your,” we mean the person using our website or buying from us.

1. About Zenufashion

Zenufashion is a women’s jewelry brand founded in 2020. We offer rings, bracelets, and necklaces. You can contact us at service@zenufashion.com.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Zenufashion website, mobile pages, and any related services, features, or content (together, the “Site”). By using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to follow them.

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you are using the Site with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. You also confirm that any information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

4. Your Account

You may be able to create an account with Zenufashion. If you do, you are responsible for keeping your account details—including your password—private and secure. You are also responsible for anything that happens under your account. Please tell us right away if you believe someone has used your account without permission. We may suspend or close accounts at our discretion.

5. Products and Availability

We do our best to display our jewelry clearly and accurately. However, colors, finishes, sizes, and details may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, and lighting. Product descriptions and availability may change without notice.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at any time. While we work hard to be accurate, there may occasionally be errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability. If we discover an error, we may correct it and cancel or adjust your order accordingly.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, or customs duties, which may be added at checkout or charged upon delivery. These charges are your responsibility.

We accept the payment methods listed on our Payment Methods page. By providing payment information, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the payment method selected. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amount for your order.

We use trusted third-party payment providers to process transactions. We do not store your full payment card details. If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order may be canceled.

7. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the items in your order. We may send you an order confirmation email, but this does not mean we have accepted your order. Our acceptance occurs when we ship your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel your order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times provided on the Site are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds. In general, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with original packaging where possible. Certain items may be final sale and not eligible for return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened, worn, or used, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take a reasonable period to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

10. Jewelry Care and Safety

Our pieces are delicate by nature. To help them last, we recommend removing jewelry before swimming, bathing, exercising, or sleeping, and avoiding direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.

Some pieces may contain small parts. Please keep them away from young children. If you have sensitive skin or specific material concerns, please review the product details or contact us before placing your order.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, designs, and software—belongs to Zenufashion or its content suppliers. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our written permission.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

12. Your Content

You may be able to submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you give Zenufashion a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and display that content in any media.

You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws. We may remove any User Content at our discretion.

  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zenufashion and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The parties agree that the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue or inconvenient forum.

Nothing in this section prevents us from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.

19. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

20. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Severability and Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Payment Methods, Shipping & Handling, Returns & Refunds, and any other policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zenufashion regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
